Caltex is a positive and optimistic brand that celebrates the driver and the drive. Their new tagline “Enjoy the Journey” is a fresh, simple, and easy sentiment that talks about their spirit and role in their customers’ lives. Through their products, services, and things they do for the community, they want to make sure that Caltex is helping their customers enjoy life’s journey.
In line with this, they want to ask their fans: "Are you positively affecting your friend or your loved one in his or her own journey in life? If you are, then tell us your short story and you might win two tickets to the American Idol Live Concert this September 20 at the Araneta Coliseum!"
The Mechanics are simple:
1) "Like" the Official Caltex Philippines Facebook Page
2) In 280 characters or less, reply in the "Win Tickets to American Idol Live in the Philippines!" Facebook thread and tell Caltex Philippines about your friend or loved one’s journey in life and how you are positively helping or affecting him/her. Only the replies submitted within the mentioned thread will be considered as valid entries.
3) Tag your friends
4) Submission period starts today September 12, 2011 (Mon), and ends on September 16, 2011 (Fri), at 4:00pm
Criteria is as follows:
30% - Thematic Relevance
30% - Originality
40% - Creativity
The Judges will be from the Caltex brand team, and the MEC digital team handling Caltex.
