The Classic Roast first started their little business in the year 1999 (under a different company name), when, after numerous tests and trials, the very first Whole Roast Duck was delivered. On their first year of operation, they delivered around 60 whole Ducks throughout Metro Manila. In the succeeding years their orders steadily increased until Christmas of 2004 when they delivered around 300 Whole Roast Ducks in a period of 3 weeks! Little did they know that their Special Roast Duck was becoming the main fare in many Noche Buena feasts as well as the Christmas gift many were hoping to receive. In fact, our special roast duck has made it as far away as Bacolod City!
