Virlanie Foundation provides street children with a home, a family, and an opportunity to study. Since 1992, Virlanie has helped more than 13,500 children. One of their latest efforts is the Rice Up for Street Children Campaign. For us Filipinos, a meal is never complete without rice. Virlanie’s goal is to raise 600 sacks of rice to feed 400 children in Virlanie’s 12 Homes and outreach programs (The Mobile Unit and Open Day Center) three times a day for one whole year.
