Choose one concert, and watch close enough to feel the throb of percussion, string and brass in privileged orchestra seats for only Php 500 (Php 800 Originally), a price exclusive to Deal Grocer members!

Lend your ears to heart-wrenchingly beautiful compositions and timeless renditions, as MSO proves to you why classical music will never be a thing of the past. Stir your soul and spirit as the rise and fall of skillfully performed melodies permeate the airs of the concert hall. Embrace the journey MSO takes you through, beginning and ending with nothing less than masterful music.

Witness as the director of MSO himself, Arturo Molina, wields the baton on October 8, 2011 and artfully weaves the orchestra to symphonic cohesion. Recognized as one of the country’s finest musicians and most talented conductors, Arturo Molina will have the audience spellbound as he brilliantly brings out the orchestra’s distinctive sound and wide dynamic range characterized by purity of tone.

The night will be incomplete without the concert’s world-class guest soloist. Trained in the prestigious Juilliard School in New York and armed with a Master Music major in Piano Performance at the University of the Philippines Diliman, renowned Filipino pianist Rudolf Golez will strike a chord with your senses as he takes the stage with a stellar display of sweet-sounding performances.

Behold a breathtaking production on November 12, 2011, with guest conductor from Russia, Alexander Vikulov, leading the orchestra in rendering Ludwig Van Beethoven’s classical compositions. Touted as one of the most gifted musicians in his generation, conductor Alexander Vikulov’s bright artistic temper and a fine feeling of style allow him to combine successfully the best qualities of the Russian and Western conducting traditions.

So whether you’re looking for a uniquely tasteful date night, a memorable family affair or simply a more meaningful concert experience, MSO’s Re-Formation gala concert will be the place to be on the 8th of October and 12th of November 2011.
