Yes, it's back to Php1 on all domestic travel from October 1 to November 30, 2011. But you better hurry since they only have very limited sale seats!
Cebu Pacific Air also have Singapore seat sale applicable to travel period from July 1 to September 30! From Manila or Cebu to Singapore it's only Php1,499 while from Clark to Singapore for only Php999. Singapore Sale is available for booking until May 18 only.
