Red @ Makati Shangri-la: All Dessert Dinner

If you're like me who's very much into desserts, well this offer is made exclusively for us!

Enjoy a sweet dinner at Red Restaurant at Makati Shangri-la where everything on the menu is but dessert, a dream come true to every sweet tooth out there. Expect nothing less from a five-course dinner paired with French wines prepared by Executive Pastry Chef Guillaume Bonnety.

The All Dessert Dinner menu includes:

Amuse Bouche: Avocado Salsa with milk jam and spiced "arlette", Tomato confit with balsamic emulsion, stawberry salpicon with black pepper and candied olive ice cream, Fig and apple tarte tatin, salted caramel with a shot of carrot-coriander juice

Main Course: Caramelized asparagus with hot apple-ginger puree and red wine reduction, Pan-fried strawberries with spices, herbs and blasamic vinegar and beer sorbet

Dessert: Warm chocolate souffle, poached pear with star anise and raspberry red bell pepper sorbet
