Appetizer: Tempura of Squash Blossom filled with Prawn Mousse and Plum Chili Dressing
Main Course: Pan Roasted Chicken with Asian Mushrooms Ravioli and Chicken Jus
Dessert: Mango Panacotta with Pandan Cream, Muscovado Syrup & Fresh Fruits

Purchase the voucher for only Php485 (valued at Php970); one voucher per person but there's no voucher limit per table. You can use it for the month of February, Mondays thru Fridays, 11am – 2pm at The Establishment’s Crystal Room.
