Brasserie Boheme's menu is a gastronomic tour of Europe in itself, as head chef Robert Lilja traces the roots and branches of French cuisine as it diffused through the royal courts from Venice to Scandinavia to even Russia. With a creativity inspired by a deep knowledge of his cuisine's history, Lilja finds exciting new ways to blend tradition with personal flair for a unique dining experience.

If you're bottomless pit of a belly still isn't content, Brasserie Boheme also has a deli counter, and in addition to delicatessen, offers its own blends of coffee and tea. All sausages, venison, marmalades and jams served at Brasserie Boheme come from their organic farm.
